Privacy policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Skyline Washing ("we", "us") collects through skylinewashing.com and how we use it. We're a small local business and we keep this simple: we use your information to give you a quote and do the work you ask for, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, email, address or town, the services you're interested in, notes, and any photos you choose to upload.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and marketing tags in the link (for example, "utm_source"), so we know which advertising works.
- Basic technical data: your browser type, sent with the form to help us block spam.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, schedule service and contact you about your job by text, call or email.
- To send occasional reminders about seasonal service (for example, spring window cleaning). You can opt out any time by replying "STOP" or asking us.
- To improve our website and marketing.
Where it's stored
Quote requests are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and delivered to us by email and push notification. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above that help us run the business, or if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and quote records for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. Ask us any time and we'll delete your information unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@skylinewashing.com.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
